Wong Su-Yen

Su-Yen Wong is the Founder and CEO of Bronze Phoenix Pte Ltd, a company that focuses on helping people reinvent themselves. She is also Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Nera Telecommunications and an Independent Director at Yoma Strategic Holdings, MediaCorp and NTUC First Campus.
Previously, she was Chief Executive Officer of the Human Capital Leadership Institute. Prior to that, she was Chairman (Singapore) for Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Managing Director, Southeast Asia at Mercer. Before joining Mercer, she held various roles at leading strategy consulting firm, Oliver Wyman, and was the Asia Managing Partner for the Communications, Information & Entertainment practice.
Su-Yen has over 25 years’ experience in business strategy, organisation transformation, human capital and leadership development. Having been based in various cities across Asia, she has worked with leading organisations in a broad range of industries including high-tech, financial services, oil and gas, retail, consumer goods, and the public sector. She is also a regular guest lecturer at universities in Singapore and the USA.
Su-Yen is a member of the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors, and is an active member of Women Corporate Directors, and the Young Presidents’ Organization. She holds a B.A. (summa cum laude) in music and computer science from Linfield College and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
